Distraction, Confusion, Deception
Sarah Laval enjoys the beginning of the weekend with her friend Riley. The girls are sitting in their room, getting everything ready for the party. Alcohol is strictly forbidden at Hayworth but that has never stopped Riley from egging on the other girls with loud music and wild behavior and Sarah enjoys sharing a room with the whirlwind. While the two girls are giggling and joyfully preparing bowels of snacks and candy from the supermarket in town, the door opens and Isabella enters the room, closely followed by the newcomer of the group Stefanie and another girl. Zoe Parkland is Isabella’s roommate and often resembles her in her shy behavior. The two have picked up Stefanie from another home. Neither Zoe nor the Russian girl seeming very comfortable in this semi forbidden situation.
However, Riley’s good mood and Sarah’s kind words soon help the two girls fit in with the group, just as the professor expects of Sarah. The class president proudly watches as the mood continues to rise. Riley plays the group’s favorite songs on her portable speaker and even picks out a few Russian songs for Stefanie, and even Zoe laughs at the bad jokes Riley performs. The party follows its usual course, starting off gently at first, then getting wilder, finally quite wild, and then smoothing again. Just before the last step, Riley is jumping around with Isabella on Sarah’s bed, the door suddenly opens. Startled, the girls turn around and Riley rushes to the speaker box to turn down the music. But then their faces relax a bit as the girls recognize their favorite teacher.
“Girls?” asks Felicia. “What’s going on?” Her face is stern at first but Sarah can tell her patron isn’t really serious.
“We’re just celebrating a little bit into the weekend,” Riley flutters good-humoredly, but let go of Isabella’s arms. Miss Combton’s face brightens.
“Very nice girls. After this week you’ve earned it.” Their eyes meet Sarah’s but Riley speaks first.
“I really needed a vacation after the week with Professor Clark” she laughs but doesn’t look exuberant.
“The professor is proud of you,” Felicia says placatingly and at his mention even Riley blushes, not to name the other girls. “He demands a lot from you but he only speaks well of you when he discusses your grades and performance with me. You guys do a great job and he likes that you stick together so well and follow his rules.” The girls like to hear that, but Sarah also notices that their teacher’s behavior has changed in the last week. They are all obedient to authority here at Hayworth, but since the professor has been practicing here, the young teacher has become much more open, confident, but also eager. Sarah has quickly noticed how the behavior of the other students and teachers towards her has changed, as well as Felicia’s own behavior. Where she now shows strength and confidence towards her superiors she has gone in a different direction with the professor. In every area of her life that Sarah can observe, Felicia exhibits the same positive changes that the girls enjoy because of the professor. When it comes to him, however, they are all the same as well. This draws the young student even more strongly to her teacher than before. Miss Combton turns around in the doorway and wishes the girls a good evening, but admonishes them not to turn up the music too loud after 8:00 p.m. But before she can leave, Sarah can’t take it anymore.
“Wait, please” she calls after the teacher. The girls can’t see the woman’s triumphant smile before she turns back. “How are you?” Felicia comes back into the room and points to the floor.
“What, you want your cranky old teacher at your girls’ night?” The girls look at each other but Riley says nothing. It’s up to Sarah to make these decisions. The class president nods and Miss Combton beams with delight.
“I’m sure you could use some relaxation as well,” she says and Riley nods while the other girls make room on the floor for the young woman.
“Yeah, the professor is really giving me a hard time,” Felicia says. “But that’s okay, that’s the way I want it. I’m finally right where I belong.” Then she looks around the room while the girls are still thinking about her words. Before Sarah can process them, however, Felicia jumps up again. “You know what girls?” She grins mischievously. “Because you’ve been so nice, I think I can make our evening even a little more relaxed.” With those words, she quickly hurries out of the room. Sarah can’t help but notice how youthful the woman’s pace suddenly seems now that she’s among friends. With the professor, she behaves completely differently, but so does every one of them.
“I hope she doesn’t squeal now,” Riley growls, a little worried, but Sarah just scowls at her.
“She wouldn’t. Felicia can be trusted. She’s not having an easy time here either.” Riley just nods. “Felicia is like us,” Sarah defends the woman.
“I’m just saying.” But Riley quickly realizes she’s biting into granite with Sarah and Felicia. She feels a little guilty. “What would the professor say if he saw us like this? And with a teacher at that?” That it’s Riley who’s concerned about manners is something new.
“Under Professor Clark, we don’t have to worry about that,” Sarah says in a firm voice. “He teaches hard, but he’s also understanding. You guys have seen Felicia.”
“We’re like her too,” says Stefanie suddenly, blushing under the looks of the others.
“Exactly.” Sarah is proud that the girl is on her side. “Thanks.”
“My father is not like him,” the Russian girl says softly.
“You never told us about him before” Isabella notices but Stefanie is silent.
“I can imagine what he’s like” then says Zoe. Her father is the mayor of the town to which the Hayworth belongs.
Outside the room, Felicia overhears her students. When she is sure that her words are having the right effect, she pulls out her cell phone.
I am making progress master, she writes. Soon it will be done. An answer comes immediately.
You will only be fucked again when you deliver results. Before that, you don’t show your face here.
Of course Master. I love you, Felicia knows that her words do nothing, only actions get her the cock of her love in her tight cunt. Hastily she walks through the evening corridors of the school.
It takes only a few minutes, then the door opens again and the grinning head of Felicia appears in the doorway. In the meantime, the girls haven’t moved from the spot and don’t know what’s in store for them. As Felicia steps into the room with her arms hidden behind her back and closes the door with her foot, she realizes what the professor sees in the girls. All of them are smart and quick, leaders of tomorrow, but none of them, not even Sarah, realizes what is in store for them. Suddenly Felicia sees in them not their friends and proteges but what the professor has planted in her head.
“Surprise,” she sings, pulling two bottles of high-proof liquor from behind her back. The girls turn to her and go wide-eyed. “I figured since you all work so well together…” Felicia sits down in the circle of girls and the students readily make room for her, welcoming the Viper into their midst. “… and you all pleased the professor so much…” Don’t overdo it, or you won’t get your reward. While Felicia sits down, she has only John in her mind who shows her her place in the world. Since she obeys him, she finally feels what makes her a woman. She does not feel sorry for the goal that Professor Clark has shown her. The girl will soon be as happy as she is. “…we could end the week with a real reward for you.” And by that, she doesn’t mean the alcohol Riley enthusiastically pounces on.
“That is not true, Miss Combton!” she shrieks, grabbing a bottle. But it is true, as true as the world they all live in without knowing it. Only my master knows.
They are girls, young, naive and not used to hard liquor. It is not long before Felicia is counting every minute that she is not with her master. She is not surprised that Riley is the first to get drunk. It’s just the amount she swallows. That will soon come in handy. But Stefanie also reaches out and takes a big gulp.
“My father says I have to be able to drink for the future.” She grins.
“It’s like Professor Clark said” Felicia obediently recites one of his lessons. “We have to face what scares us in order to realize who we really are.” She actually means to address her goal for today, but instead Isabella reaches for the other bottle. Sarah and Zoe are amazed when their friend and roommate takes not one, but three big gulps from the bottle. It’s just like the professor told her. Felicia is his weapon and no one notices.
“Me too!” exclaims Zoe, almost snatching the bottle from her roommate’s hands.
“Take it easy,” Felicia reassures the girls. “Everyone gets what they want.” And my master gets them all. Still, she marvels at how willingly her students follow her into the abyss. Life at Hayworth is a constant struggle, they all know that. The professor has actually exacerbated the struggle, but he has something that no one here has. He offers a meaning behind it all and Felicia begins to understand what he is. “Sarah,” she says kindly, playing the already drunk one. “Don’t you want to?” The girl shakes her head ever so slightly and strokes her hair. Riley and the others sit relaxed in the circle but Sarah has drawn her knees up and is looking around the room. Again, the professor has his pet well prepared for the situation. “Never mind dear” Felicia grins and takes a sip, pretending to drink more than she actually does. “We’re all friends here.”
The evening drags on and soon a large bottle is already empty in the corner. The usually nice girls have already let themselves go, Riley the most. Felicia continues to play the good-natured friend who is also looking for relaxation after a hard week. Zoe and Isabella are responding well. Riley is already really drunk. And with a smile, Felicia realizes that Sarah is falling right into the trap the professor set for her. She looks uncomfortable and pressured, keeping her arms wrapped around her body and looking from one of her friends to the other. She doesn’t know them like this, but a lot has changed lately.
Sarah wonders if that’s a good thing or bad. When she thinks of Felicia, but also of her own reaction whenever the professor is to be given, she shudders. After a week of studying and teaching with him, she even feels weak on her feet just thinking about him. Sarah knows what fear feels like, to be intimidated, but still she can’t get enough of the feeling. Powerless, at his mercy… protected. Sarah doesn’t know if there is a difference between these feelings, if she feels one or all of them. She only knows the professor should scare her, make her suspicious. But she is still attracted to him. Maybe it’s just because he’s a handsome man but still she welcomes the cold feeling in her stomach every time he enters the class. And she sees it in her friends, too. Felicia doesn’t have to do much at all for Isabella to take another sip and then shyly ask her questions.
“Miss Combton?” The student-teacher looks at her student. “W-what is he like?”
“Who?”
“Well…the…p-professor?”
“Professor Clark? He’s wonderful.” And that seems to end the subject for the teacher. She looks at her watch. “I should get going again. It’s getting late, and tomorrow the professor wants me for a report.” She rises and Isabella looks quite shocked.
“Wait!” Sarah hears her own voice but it sounds so foreign. Like so many things but by now she welcomes the new, unfamiliar. The fear. “We want to know more.” Felicia looks at the girls for a long time, then grins.
“I can’t refuse my favorite students any favors.” She sits down again, and this time she hands Sarah the last, half-empty bottle of alcohol. “Drink. You’ll need it.” And Sarah reaches for it. Neither girl gets another sip while the class president finishes the bottle. Meanwhile, the teacher is talking about her boss. The girls listen intently while Sarah’s blood is filled with alcohol, clouding her head. She feels the same as any of the other girls, and so none of them realizes that Miss Combton slowly shift the focus.
“A-And how does he t…treat you?” wants Isabella to know, nibbling her lower lip.
“He gets what he wants dear” grins Felicia. “And it feels good to work under him.”
“But does he treat you well?” asks Sarah, blurring her perception of the world around her.
“Of course!” says the trainee teacher. “What do you think of him?” She looks directly at Sarah.
“Well… we’re… all…”
“We’re afraid of him,” blurts out Isabella. “Even Riley!” The girl addressed just nods. “He… is so different.”
“Different is good Isabella, believe me,” Felicia points out. “I know how it feels when he looks at you” she confesses and quickly glances at the empty bottle on Sarah’s legs. She stifles a grin. “But we all know he does us good with what he does. We trust him. But most of all, we know that without him, it would just go back to the way it was. Am I right?” The girls nod, including Sarah. She doesn’t want to fight the hard fight anymore just to not go down. With the professor, she feels like she’s making a difference. And that’s worth some fear.
“But there’s more, isn’t there?” asks Riley trying to focus. Zoe is already swaying a bit and Stefanie has to prop her up so she doesn’t topple forward. “We…you guys feel it, too.” She looks around. Before Sarah can process what her friend has said, Felicia is already explaining. She really has learned a lot from the professor.
“It’s only natural to be attracted to a man like John.” At his name, she closes her eyes briefly with pleasure. The girls see it.
“And is that exactly how you feel Miss Combton?” asks Riley, admitting to having the same feelings. Felicia laughs.
“But of course Riley. Why wouldn’t I?”
“But you’re his colleague. His employee” Sarah says, trying to see clearly through the haze of alcohol.
“So what?” the woman asks defiantly. “The professor is hot and sexy. What good did it do me to deny my feelings?” With that, she has the girls recognize Felicia. Riley nods eagerly, Isabella looks down in shame, Zoe hums dreamily, and Stefanie blushes as well. So does Sarah. They all recognize the truth. And none of them realize that Felicia is secretly sending a prepared message on her phone.
After ten minutes, the girls are so heated that they almost can’t sit on their butts anymore. Felicia talks about her desires and how normal it is to be attracted to men. After all, they are women, strong women. And strong women know when they want something and they know how to get it.
“So how do I get the professor?” blurts out Riley finally with her question. “I’m really hot for him.”
“Riley!” shouts Isabella, but then catches herself and instead looks questioningly at Miss Combton. The teacher has won. Her master will be proud of her, fuck her brains out, and finally, she’ll feel useful. She has done something significant. Maybe the first time in her career. And no matter what the professor will do to these devoted schoolgirls, Felicia is not to blame. As even Sarah listens to her talk about her boss’s firm ass with red cheeks, she has no illusions about what will happen to her students. But if she wanted Felicia to be more obedient, Miss Hayworth should have just treated her with a little more dignity. The young woman simply sees it as the natural course of things. Whoever brings a man like John into the house has to live with the consequences. And Felicia gets what she wants. She almost has to laugh when the door opens behind her. Riley is just about to tell what she would do with John when everyone’s head goes around to the door.
“What’s going on?” The professor’s voice is so icy that even Felicia’s blood freezes in her veins. The other girls look dead. “Answers. Now.” The man speaks calmly, looking each girl in the face.
“We…” begins Felicia, jumping up. She looks quickly at Sarah. The girl looks at her in need of help. “It was my…”
“Quiet,” the professor orders. “Miss Combton: Wait outside. Now.” The woman immediately leaves the room and it looks like the girls are about to jump out the window. Once in the hallway, Felicia stops, leans against the wall, listens and slides her hand between her thighs. She listens to what is happening in the room and fingers herself at the thought of her big, long and hard reward. A black despair such as Sarah has not yet seen spreads in the room. Each of the five girls fears and knows they have done something forbidden, and they all react in the same way. “Alcohol is forbidden at Hayworth,” the professor says quietly. “And I didn’t give you permission to circumvent that rule.” His eyes move from one student to the next, branding them with disappointment and ice-cold anger. Isabella has tears in her eyes, Stefanie is still contemplating whether to jump out the window, Zoe is as white as a sheet and fighting her nausea, and even Riley looks down in shame. Only Sarah can lift her gaze, look her teacher in the eye.
In the last week, she’s grown fond of him, as crazy as it seems to her. And now she has disappointed him. Astonished, Sarah realizes two things. First, her fear of disappointing the professor, of falling out of his favor, is greater than the fear she usually has of him. This realization burns itself into her mind and only now she understands what he wanted to tell her and the class all along. The world is dangerous and brutal and fear and uncomfortable feelings are part of it. But it can always be worse and Sarah knows that now she will find out what is worse. And second, she’s wet. Involuntarily her hand wanders between her thighs but she quickly pulls it back. Burning embarrassment overcomes her and she quenches it with what the professor has taught her. Obedience.
“I-It was my fault,” Sarah says into the silence of the room. Riley wants to say something but doesn’t dare and the professor sees the two empty bottles at Sarah’s feet.
“Come with me” he just says and waves the intimidated girl with him. Without rejoinders, she rises and walks past the professor outside. “And you guys clean up here and then go to sleep. We’ll talk about that another time.”
“Yes Professor Clark,” it comes to him in a submissiveness and unanimity that almost makes him grin.
