The Mind Spear Chapter 35

by Writing Shark

Unforeseen Complications

She is visibly uncomfortable standing in front of you and you almost feel reminded of your two slaves while Rika grabs her elbow with her hand and cannot look you in the eyes. Brian feels the same way. He stands against the wall of the hallway with his hands in his pockets and looks around uncomfortably as the students head off to their classes.

“We should go to class,” you say. “Miss Harris will kill us if we’re late.” Then you fall silent when you see Rika’s expression.

“Miss Harris has completely different reasons to be worried, don’t you think?” she asks you pointedly. “For example, the most lusted-after girl… That a cheerleader made such a humiliating confession over the intercom…” Her cheeks turn red as Rika tries to find her words.

“Ethan,” Brian chimes in. “We know your feelings for Jenna.” He looks at Rika with pity. “And the fact that she has finally made a good decision in her life is really good for you. We are happy for you. But…”

“But like that?” Rika interrupts in a scratchy voice. “Ethan, what’s this? Jenna would never behave like that. Never! Something is wrong and we want to know…”

“Who says Jenna wouldn’t behave like that?” Your voice cuts into the conversation and hurts Rika. “At least behaves, isn’t she?” Your anger comes not from your friends but from the knowledge that you won’t use a spear to make conquer them. “Brian is right. Jenna did something right for once and she deserves me for that. And that’s how she wants it!” That’s not a lie. Somehow. “She knows how she treated me and, unlike you, she shows me that I’m worth that…”

“What? That people submit to you?” Rika says it clearly. Her eyes glitter at the thought of crying.

“We are happy for you, Ethan,” says Brian. “Both of us. Really. But you also have to admit that none of this is normal.”

“It’s just Jenna,” you say defensively. “She finally recognized her feelings. It must be hard for one to tell lies all the time to themselves.” But when Rika looks at Brian, you realize that you don’t have nearly enough spears to control the whole world.

“And Cathy?” asks Brian.

“We know that she has changed too!” Rika explodes. She is visibly uncomfortable, but something else is causing the otherwise calm student to be so short-tempered towards you.

“How do you know?” you ask, your voice colder than usual. “Are you spying on me?”

“We wanted to spend time with you!” shrieks Rika. “You’re our friend and we were worried!” Brian puts his hand on the angry girl’s shoulder to calm her down.

“You spend so much time with Cathy. And she has changed. We see you driving to school and we also see you at home. And then Jenna.” He looks at Rika again, again with pain on his face. “Ethan, we are your friends. You can tell us.”

“What can I tell you?” you ask coldly. You have no intention of revealing the existence of the Mind Spear. You can’t trust them both. Not yet. As much as it hurts you, you are alone.

“Ethan. Drugs are not…”

“Fuck!” you laugh out loud. “Drugs? So that’s what you think?” You look at them both challengingly. “You think I’m using drugs to… what? To submit people?” You’ve already said too much and luckily none of your friends are prodding deeper, because that is exactly what you are doing. But it doesn’t help. You will have to break off contact with both of them. At least for now. Jenna is waiting for you in front of school like a little frightened puppy and Cathy is your horny bitch. Your mother will also change for the better in the next few days and today you will use the last spear for Anna the little whore. A harem of four women, of course you will also fuck Martha, mother and daughter together.

“Ethan… please…” Rika whispers, taking you out of your thoughts. But your decision is clear. “You’re scaring us. You’re scaring me. I want my… friend back. Please.”

“I think it’s better if we don’t see each other in the near future,” you say, breaking Rika’s heart. A lonely tear rolls down her cheek. “It’s better this way.” You look at Brian. “Take good care of her.” With that, you disappear into class. And as always in letter time, you are right. Miss Harris is angry that the three of you are late, but is then distracted by Rika crying while you sit as far away from your friends as possible. It hurts you but tonight you will rape another girl and make her your own mindless property. This helps.

The day goes by quickly. Miss Harris was angry, Rika and Brian were sad but all you could think about was the pussies that were about to offer themselves to you. Rika gives you a long look as you throw on your jacket and step out into the schoolyard. The two of them also waited for you while Miss Harris gave you a long lecture, but you ignored her just as you ignored your friends now.

Because there is Jenna. She looks tired, having waited faithfully for you for more than eight hours. Her hair is slightly disheveled and she is sweaty but when she sees you her whole being lights up as if the meaning of her life is returning to her.

“Lynchwood!” This had to happen at some point. Before you even get to Jenna, Jason’s voice echoes across the schoolyard. You turn around to face him, he is already very close. “You’re dead you little fucker!”

His fist hits you in the face with full force and as you spin around, you don’t think about your hubris but actually grin, the punch in the face reminds you of how far you’ve risen recently. Even the taste of iron as your blood runs down your face can’t bring you down.

“I’ll kill you!” the football player shouts again, gets over you and swings to strike.

“No!” A shadow comes flying from outside your field of vision and you recognize the voice. Jenna’s petite body doesn’t even throw Jason off balance as she throws herself at him with full force, but his ego and self-confidence are completely shattered when he sees the anger and determination on her beautiful face. “Don’t hurt him! I love him!” Angry, she hits the giant in vain as he moves away from you, perplexed. “And I hate you! Leave us alone! We’re together now and I’m his! Hit me if you want, but leave my boyfriend alone!” Jenna continues screaming hysterically until your voice calms her down.

“Jenna! Let it be!” Immediately, as if struck by lightning, she jumps to your side, but stands half in front of you and glares at her ex-boyfriend withering.

“Crazy bitch!” Jason spits at the girl’s feet.

“Crazy about Ethan,” she snaps back. “You’ll never be like him!” Jason takes a step towards the both of you but neither of you backs away. Jenna would die for you and a thin line of blood runs down her knee from a tear in her knee-length stocking. And you know that you have won life.

“Fuck you! Fuck you both! Die in a fire!” But that’s the end of it. Jason rushes past you as you take Jenna into your arms.

“Are you okay?” she asks but you shake your head and kneel down.

“Let me see your leg,” you demand, looking at her leg.

“You’re so good to me Ethan,” Jenna whispers lovingly while you take care of her little wound. “I am nothing, worthless compared to you, and yet you care about me. I love you, Ethan.” You, on the other hand, ignore her and see if Jason broke your most valuable toy. But then Jenna’s voice changes. “Ethan… look.” You lift your head.

Rika is standing there.

And she has the spear in her hand.

“So that’s it,” murmurs the girl standing a few steps away from you. You freeze. The spear must have fallen out of your pocket during the fight. Rika looks at the device for a long time while her face is torn by sadness. “That’s how you did it.”

“Rika,” you say quietly and stand up. “Give me that. Now.” But the girl ignores you.

“Your sister… This is how you dominated her. I knew she wasn’t nice to you for real. And Jenna.” Rika raises her head, endless sadness on her face. “I assume it’s a neuronal interrupter that overwrites the nervous paths?” You blink, she’s right. “After Cathy got so friendly, I found out more.” She cries again, sobs lost, but remains steadfast. “I saw what you two were doing… In her bed. And then Jenna…”

“Rika… listen to me…”

“You’re bad,” the girl says and her wet eyes turn to you.

“Yes,” you admit and nod. “Just like those two.”

“I understand.” Her voice is just a whisper. “That’s why you’re staying away from us?” she asks. You nod. “Are you evil now?” Nod again. “And you’re dating bad girls?”

“Rika, give me the spear,” you say firmly and take a step towards her. She reaches out and looks at you. You come up to her and she smiles, vulnerable and… “No.” You recognize it, you’ve seen it many times in your reflection. But you didn’t notice it with Rika. “Rika no!” You jump towards her.

Too late.

Rika raises the spear to her neck and the quiet hissing fills the air.
